Screw Feeders KNJ, KNJL and KNBI | From M1 up to M6 Screws

Screw feeders allow you to drastically speed up assembly operations. Simple and compact, the KNJ and KNSBI series are designed to reduce the time between one driven screw and the next,  presenting one screw at a time in a separated position to facilitate picking with magnetic bits or suction heads. Models for automation, models with greater capacity, and models for screws/bolts with diameters up to M10 are also available.

Kolver screw feeders have been developed in collaboration with a specialized company that is a leader in the industry. All models feature a new and exclusive anti-jamming mechanism to lift screws from the hopper to the rail. KNSBI models also include a micro rotary table for the final presentation of screws, which ensures that only one screw is picked up at a time, even with strongly magnetized bits.

To switch from one model for a given screw size to another, simply purchase the rail change kit and adjust the internal guides to fit the new screw to be used, following the instructions in the manual.
