NFK Screw Feeders | Up to M6 Screws

When it comes to speeding up assembly operations, NFK screw feeders are a game changer. These simple and small devices are meant to avoid any time loss between one tightened screw and the next. Screw feeders present one screw at a time with no need for the operator to manually pick up each screw. Models for automated applications are also available.

Fully adjustable

NFK-N screw feeders are supplied with interchangeable spacers between the rails (spacer size: 1.3 to 5.3 mm). You can also combine spacers to reach the desired rail width.
Model NFK UNI can be used with any (non-countersunk) screw with diameter 1.4 – 5.0 mm.

Speed up automated applications

NFK RS delivers one screw at a time to a specific position so that one single screw can be easily picked up when using an autocatcher or suction head (see section Accessories for further information).

A trimmer on the side panel allows to adjust how fast each screw is supplied.

Available for screws with shank diametre from 1.2 mm up to 6 mm. An optional cover is available in order to avoid screws falling inside the NFK RS screw feeder.
