K-NET: the torque data connection software
Developed by Kolver in collaboration with the Hardware Integrations team at PICO, K-NET is a system designed for centralized management and traceability of fastening data.
It provides immediate access to the history of all fastening results recorded by the connected screwdrivers, enabling advanced monitoring and recording of key variables, such as final values and the complete torque-angle graph of each fastening.
The system allows data presentation to be filtered by any field, including date and time, serial number, or originating screwdriver, and also offers easy export of data in Excel format.
It provides immediate access to the tightening parameters of each station, allowing advanced monitoring and recording of the main process variables, such as torque and angle.
Main features
- Unlimited integration with screwdrivers of any brand
- Immediate access to all fastening data
- Uncompromised scalability with built-in error prevention
Key Strengths
- Preinstalled hardware and software: after a quick activation, the system is immediately plug-and-play
- No restrictions to specific screwdriver brands: connection via Open Protocol, the most common communication protocol for fastening systems, compatible with dozens of pre-certified models and brands
