Let's begin by addressing the question: what is the 2030 agenda? Drafted and approved in September 2015 by 193 member countries of the United Nations, the 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development consists of 17 precise goals. These goals encompass multiple areas, from environmental and economic to social and institutional, with the clear aim of catalyzing action and enabling future generations to live in a sustainable world.

How the Company Approaches Sustainable Development Goals
Who does the 2030 agenda involve? The 17 goals were designed to be a valuable global reference point; likewise, we can adapt some aspects to our corporate reality and find areas for improvement. Every citizen, entity, and institution can personally contribute by applying a specific goal to their own development.

So, what does sustainability mean? Sustainability, in the context of the 2030 Agenda's goals, means actively engaging in issues related to employment, entrepreneurship, cities and communities, and combatting climate change. These various areas are outlined with precise guidelines that can be partially applied to our corporate context. We like to use this document as a guide for the sustainability projects we have already embarked upon.

7 - Clean and Accessible Energy
Our new corporate headquarters, which will be completed in 2024, will be fully powered by solar energy, through the massive photovoltaic system installed on its roofs, and will continue to maintain responsible resource usage. We will be calculating our Carbon Footprint for the third year in a row, enabling us to continue to develop our improvement plan.

9 - Industry, Innovation, and Infrastructure
With the construction of our zero-impact new headquarters, we have committed to using renewable and environmentally friendly energy sources, from solar panels to the automated shutdown system for all facilities, the creation of green areas, and the use of electric vehicles.

11 - Sustainable Cities and Communities
In addition to our commitment to building a less impactful structure on the environment and our community, we are proud to support Doctors with Africa Cuamm with donations that contribute to the construction of pediatric hospitals in Mozambique.

12 - Responsible Consumption and Production
We actively promote sustainable production aligned with the principles of the circular economy. As part of our business model, we have retained the practice of recycling used screwdrivers, including older pneumatic models from non-Kolver brands.

13 - Climate Action
One of our corporate objectives is to raise awareness among citizens, through internal and external actions, about the importance of environmental preservation, so that our impact can extend beyond the walls of our production facilities and offices.
