Since 1989, we have been designing and manufacturing high-precision industrial electric screwdrivers. Every phase of the process, research and development, production, testing, sales, and service, is handled directly at our headquarters in Thiene. Not just to ensure quality, but because we believe in the value of work done well, made in Italy.
Since 2023, we have been a Benefit Corporation, a company committed by statute to generating cultural, social, and environmental value in the community beyond economic results.
In 2024, we opened our new production facility: a zero-emission factory designed to be sustainable, collaborative, and forward-looking.
We export to over 50 countries across all continents, successfully competing with a wide range of competitors in terms of quality, performance, and price.
Through Kolver North America (KNA), we have been operating actively in the United States and Canada for over 20 years. Recently, we launched Kolver Mexico (KLATAM) to strengthen our direct presence in Latin America.
We are in the process of obtaining certification according to the UNI/PdR 125 standard, which evaluates companies’ commitment to promoting gender equality. For us, this is not a project to start, but a way to better describe what we do and who we are every day, as we have always been.
We believe that people’s well-being is not built through formal rules, but through authentic relationships. We place respect, trust, and the freedom to express oneself safely and openly at the center, regardless of roles or identities.
We promote equal opportunities, value differences, and listen attentively. This is a way of working that belongs to us, which improves us as a company and as a community.

We believe that a company should also contribute to the growth of the context in which it operates, offering spaces, skills, and attentive listening.
For this reason, we created the project “Beyond the Company, Within Ideas”: a series of meetings in which the factory opens up to dialogue between generations, schools, professionals, and citizens. We discuss work, culture, and the future. We create connections that go beyond business.
At the same time, we have chosen to support socially valuable projects, such as the initiative in favor of ‘Doctors with Africa CUAMM’, with whom we share the belief that health and dignity are universal rights.
For us, nurturing the local community means generating a positive impact—not only through our products, but also through the way we choose to engage with the world.
Since 2009, we have sponsored the Manhattan Short Film Festival, which has become a benchmark for cinema lovers. Every year, we support concerts, exhibitions, and a wide range of cultural initiatives.
